It has come to our attention that some of the filters used in the recirculating hand-washing stand “WOSH,” sold by our company, do not meet our internal quality standards. We will be conducting a free recall and replacement of the affected filters, as outlined below.

Please note that both filters already installed in the “WOSH” unit and any unused filters in your possession are subject to this recall.

In the worst-case scenario, the affected filter may become damaged during operation, potentially causing water leakage. To ensure the safe and reliable use of our products, we kindly ask that you refrain from using any “WOSH” units equipped with the affected filter until the recall and replacement process has been completed.
